Skipper is 7 years old and his family believes this chihuahua boy has a little Yorkshire Terrier mixed in. He has been a part of a family and perfectly mannered and house trained until the recent arrival of a two year old toddler. He is not happy about having to share his home and has decided to rebel by growling at her and pooping on the floor. The family has decided to surrender him to the rescue in order to get him properly vetted and be allowed to live, preferably as an only pet, in a loving toddler-free home. Would you like to give this little guy a chance at the life he deserves? He would love a lap to curl up on!
